Hanit has 10 years of varied work experience with children, youth, individuals, couples and families in the context of schools, post-secondary settings, family settings, group therapy programs, private practice, community and various mental health and child welfare agencies. Hanit also held various clinical supervision roles where she effectively utilized multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative, customized, strengths-based, trauma-informed, person and family-centred, and science-based assessment and treatment programs, which delivered impactful outcomes.

Hanit Therapy subscribes to a unified therapeutic process, whereby she provides a safe place for awakenings that can be the driving force for change. She is principally keen on recognizing and cultivating the strengths of her clients so as to build resiliency for managing and overcoming their presenting mental health challenges.

**Psychotherapy services may be covered in full or in part by most extended health insurance or employee benefit plan. For services not otherwise covered, Hanit Therapy operates on a fee for service basis. Receipts can be provided and submitted as a medical expense for income tax purposes.
