Based in Medford, New Jersey, Pro Tapping, Inc., was started by Ross Miller in 1983. Today the enterprise is the largest privately held pressure tapping company in North America that specializes in working on live and pressurized pipelines without system shutdowns.

Pro Tapping has the expertise needed to maintain pipelines containing brine, propane, natural gas, syltherm, H2S, steam, water, sewer, and other contents. A mechanical engineer, Ross has more than 40 years of experience as a certified welder and a retired UA pipe fitter. His proficiency and accommodating customer service have helped Pro Tapping to earn a positive reputation as the “no shutdown specialists.”
