Southeast Services is located in Vero Beach and we have been serving areas from Southeast Georgia, Central to South Florida for over 9 years. We are proud to have the ability to do all phases of contracting in house except for the licensed contractor trades. In doing all work in house we can provide quality services while passing the savings back to our customers.

General Contractor
Southeast Services has highly trained tradesmen on staff to take care of all your building, inspection, or remodeling needs.

Pipe Cleaning
Southeast Services is the largest vacuum truck contractor on the Treasure & Space Coast. We clean pipes and basins 2” to 64” throughout Florida and Southeast Georgia that are intruded with sand, rock, oysters, concrete and roots to name a few. We also have the equipment to provide hydro-excavation which is digging by use of vacuum and water to prevent damage to any underground utilities.

Television Inspection
Southeast Services can televise any pipe, well, duct, shaft 2” and larger for up to 1,000 ft. Our state of the art equipment is able to be in wet areas and has the ability to go 1,000 ft. horizontally or vertically. All recordings can be captured on DVD or VHS for our customer’s records.

Site Development
Southeast Services has a large investment in all of its equipment to handle anything from grading your yard to developing an industrial site or roadway.

Utility Maintenance & Repair
Southeast Services specializes in underground and above ground installations & repair of all sewer, sewer manholes, water & storm drains. Our staff has the ability to provide installation and maintenance on things such as isolation valves, fire hydrants, storm water pipes and sewer laterals.

No Dig Point Repairs
Southeast Services is also a proud & certified installation contractor of Infrastructure Repair Systems. This is a no dig pipe repair system that allows our staff to repair pipe 2” or greater underground, repairs can be made in main lines and laterals or under concrete slabs within buildings, and in water without digging. All pipe repairs are guaranteed for the life of the pipe.

Southeast Services staff also is certified in repair and operational maintenance of sanitary sewer treatment facilities, as well as potable water treatment facilities throughout Florida.
